THEY failed to put skis on bedroom slide out. Now we have mushrooms and wood rotting. No HELP from them just 3 sentence answer back. They don't care.....I was raised on jayco camping since a,kid first time buying coachman never again . Warranty dept suck. NEVER AGAIN. Go back to JAYCO worth money.
I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a return email from someone in your parts department. Our Catalina 263RLS suffered slide damage from a tree limb that I need to repair. Seriously how hard is it to email a customer back? This isn't the 1st time I have had issues and I'm starting to believe it most defi ity won't be the last....smh
