Been going here for about 6 months and it's a great gym for all shapes and sizes. Each trainer tailors workouts specifically for each individual client and it shows how much they care. Dylan especially is great and has worked with me every step of the way to get me in better shape and stronger. Every time I leave the gym I feel accomplished!
I’ve been training at CoachMEFit for 5 years and I highly recommend ! Their team of professionals are of the finest in the industry. They took me to a whole new level of fitness with the customized training program that is different every time I workout. Personal attention to your form, solid coaching coupled with a true interest in each person. If you haven’t experienced them yet, you need to! Your mind and body deserve the best!
Have had a fantastic experience at CoachMeFit. Scheduled a once-a-week session with Manon to help support my physical therapy sessions and help with overall strength and have found it to be extremely helpful. The exercises are personalized and have built over the weeks as I've gotten stronger. I feel really supported and the flexibility and motivation to work out has been a game-changer.
