Exceptional hotel, very family friendly. We booked a two bedroom apartment (double bed and 2 single beds) however when we arrived we had one extra single bed! Plenty of space, tv, large fridge, stove top, toaster, kettle. Exceptional location to all amenities. A two min walk away from supermarkets, bakery, bottle shop, coffee shops, restaurants and Main Street of Cowes. Walking distance to beach. Motel located in quiet leafy corner. The room is really perfect clean, nice and recommend for those people who looking for room for staying in philip island area
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING I paid an additional $30 specifically for an early check-in that I never received due to the motel contacting the wrong number. I asked for that amount to be refunded. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the rude man at reception laughed in my face and then told me that I was "not welcome" at the motel.
Planned to stay night but the quality of the bed , the great shower and room size of the unit made it easy to stay a 2nd night. Will definitely return to the coachman motel again . A clean and tidy unit .
Stayed a Sunday in May. Clean, well equipped, warm and welcoming host. Good pressure for showers. Quiet. Close to the main street of Cowes. Pool a bonus, without excessive chemicals.
