I have to say that I have read the previous review and couldn't disagree more. I took my vehicle in after my unfortunate accident, they were very kind, courteous and very helpful as I had never had an Insurance claim before. The Estimate was done in a very timely manner, they even sent it to my Insurance company so I didn't have to do anything but bring my car in for repairs. I wouldn't take my car here again if they waived my deductible. Sent me on the freeway without axle and lugs tightened down. Couple other issues that were caused by their "repairs" have ended up costing me over $700 to fix because the extent of the damage that they have done to my car. Wouldn't even call me back after I reported the problem. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
