In Feb 2024 we first met and started the order for our manufactured home. We received it in June and were able to inhabit on our property in July 2024. We are STILL waiting for the MSO and title for our home after 12 months. Now behind on property taxes because the title was never filed with the treasurers office so that they could notify the assessor's office to update our property. Sold my home and they commissioned $10k, and 9 months later the buyers are contacting me saying there were some missing documents in the closing and taxes are still in my name and delinquent. Dennis won't return my phone calls or reply to my text messages. REAL PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!
