Horrible place to live Manager for my building will illegally tow your car even with the car tag in it where it is supposed to be the Manager started to harass me trying to lie say things that are not true just because she doesn't like someone or if she finds out you called corporate on her need maintenance work forget it won't happen the units are over priced and you can expect your rent to rise over 100 every year definitely not worth the money you give would never rent from this LLC ever again

Very horrible place in Racine Wisconsin River view manor apartments are not WORTH 1000$ THESE SUPPOSED TO BE 55 OLDER APARTMENTS BEWARE DON'T FALL FOR THERE LIES
I had be contemplating looking for a different apartment rental and asked friends for recommendations. While I got several great recommendations, any and all properties within this company was not one of them. An overall very neglectful and placing blame type company; do not appear to take any pride in their buildings or show any compassion to their residents. This place was immediately crossed off my list of potential options, and I know I dodged a bullet with this one.
