This is the most ill-managed place I've ever lived in. My roommate and I when living here had our fridge suddenly stop working shortly after moving in.. the office did not want to replace it, insisting it was our fault for "packing freezer items in too high and compact." Again, mind you, we are freshly moved in with nothing in our freezer at this point. Came home from a long day of work on Friday night only to receive a letter about Coachlight Communities LLC not being able to renew my lease and for me to vacant by Feb 28th. It's the middle of winter. Lots of rental places do not want tenants moving out in winter but this company seems to think it's okay. I've lived here for 5+ years under Deckner Manor Apartments in Green Bay and things are great, management, consultants, property maintenance the whole 9 yards. Sad what it's come down to. No repairs were done in the ten years that the unit was rented even after the management said repairs would be done upon multiple inspections. Management is awful and extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend no one rent from the Greenfield Terrace apartment location. They charge $2900 if you want to move out between October and March even if you are on a month to month and then charge you for the repairs that they never followed through on.
If I could give zero stars I would. DON’T PUT IN A RENTAL APPLICATION! This is at Oak Park Apts. Carrie ran my credit report for $25 & stated I have no credit which is not true. She stated I would need a co-signer or double the security deposit. I told her I have credit & perhaps it’s because my credit is frozen. I then gave her another $25 to run it again because I unthawed my credit. Still she came back & said no credit. I have a long rental history & credit history. I feel like I was scammed.
