Good place to train
If I could I would give it a zero stars. The quality of the coaching zone windsor has gone downhill since the new franchisee took over in late 2018. I had been a member since the coaching zone opened in windsor but due to the new management I have now left the coaching zone windsor. The actions of the new management have had a detrimental effect on the atmosphere and the gym community.
