I was lucky enough to be given an 8 week Wellness Package from The Holistic Hub. Part of this was 4 sessions of coaching and hypnotherapy. Throughout my time with MJ the facilitator I have always felt safe. Safe sounds like a basic terminology to use but Mj's Trauma Informed Approach had me feel comfortable to open up about my trauma to get the best use of my treatments.
