Per my doctor’s request, I had a full abdominal ultrasound this afternoon at Coachella Valley Imaging, across from Desert Regional Hospital in Palm Springs. They were able to schedule my proceedure within two weeks of my doctor’s request, while also providing me with clear pre-op restrictions, and an easy-to-understand description of the procedure. First time going to this particular Imaging Center was told to be there an hour prior to my appointment just to sit and wait past my original appointment time ends up I only had to be there 20 minutes early to be prepped for a scan when I was told to be there an hour early and then they were even late getting me back there was about ready just to leave the technician was pretty good and quick and easy scan don't see why it took almost 2 hours to get it done little bit ridiculous need to work on their scheduling and training ... read more

The girl at the front desk ( the one that sits to the right) is amazing. I was late to my appointment and she some how was able to get me seen that same day. What a sweet girl. That made me feel that they really care. The facility is clean and The staff is very professional and personable. I had an MRI…they were quick. I was in and out with in 15 minutes. I highly recommend for convenience alone. (5 stars)

Everyone to the front desk to the back were genuinely really nice people. The girl who wore the hijab was a very sweet girl and went through the paperwork. She didn’t like some offices act put off for actually do their job. She was the complete opposite of that. The woman and gentlemen (techs) were very good at their job and made me feel safe. I had a pleasant experience with this company…People were very friendly and helpful. They were on time and efficient. I was impressed with the front receptionist-she made it a point to walk around the other side of the counter to help anyone in a wheelchair with their paperwork. Good job.
