My appointment was scheduled for 930 AM. I had to drive from Indio and walked in the door at 932. I checked in, had my pre appointment paperwork filled out early. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour before approaching the counter to find out what was taking so long. I was told a few minutes later that I arrived late to my appointment and now it wasn't certain I could be seen. 2 minutes meant I was late. Techs were amazing and sweet, I appreciated the kindness and hospitality . Front desk was nice and knowledgeable. They got me in really quick and verified everything but unfortunately my form of payment(I intended to use) was not used since they didn’t know how to use care credit.

This was by far the fastest imaging appointment I've ever had; I've had many during my 3 pregnancies and a few ER visits. I was called back 10 minutes after filling out my paperwork and went right into the scan room. The tech i had was rather new to this kind of scan procedure as she came from the hospital's team for cross training, but she was very thorough and quick under the guidance of the trainer. Thank you so much for the speedy scans and keeping me fully aware of what was going on, ladies!

They were great! I showed up right on time for my ultra sound appointment at their Palm Springs location. Parking was so convenient behind the building and the door just steps away. The office is right there on the first floor. I got a warm welcome when I walked in the door. The receptionist checked me in right away and someone was walking me in to the procedure room two minutes later. The two young women who conducted my procedure were kind and professional.
