They were great! I showed up right on time for my ultra sound appointment at their Palm Springs location. Parking was so convenient behind the building and the door just steps away. The office is right there on the first floor. I got a warm welcome when I walked in the door. The receptionist checked me in right away and someone was walking me in to the procedure room two minutes later. The two young women who conducted my procedure were kind and professional. First of all, the parking lot is easy to access and is well-maintained. The facility itself is quite attractive, inside and out. Once I entered, the staff was welcoming, warm, and helpful; they, in no way felt fake. Long long wait. Lead into a room where 1 young girl training another young girl. Nice enough but inexperienced. No ultrasound given . Some other machine was used to measure blockage in my veins.not what I was told I would recieve. I felt very uncomfortable unsure of what we were actually doing. For such an important issue felt scared underwhelmed with whole situation. Suppose to get report tomorrow. On saturday?. Maintenance of the building bad. The staff at the Coachella radiology center were very friendly and efficient. The technologies who did my ultrasounds name was Sam and she was particularly kind. Check-in was easy parking was easy. They were right on time. I did once attempt to get a mammogram done via Annette and it was so difficult that I was a little disappointed when I learned that Kaiser referred me through them again this time though the referral came in less than 24 hours and I got a follow up phone call and an email within an hour to set up my portal... read more

I was greeted promptly filled-out some forms, had a small wait in the waiting room and everyone was wonderful. The tech took me into a dressing room gave me the instructions where to put my clothes and how to get dressed told me to come to the next door to the room. When I was ready and they were there ready for me gave me the instructions on the bed. I was in and out and no more than 15 minutes. And part of that one5 minutes was waiting 6 minutes for the dye.
