I had a little girl named Guadalupe today. She worked endlessly to try to get a vein to come up as I could not get any veins. After five tries the sixth one worked thanks to her perseverance kindness and just sweet attitude. What a doll she was I love you Guadalupe thank you
Very nice reception-Immediate response from the staff! Clear, directions, and service. The woman doing my scan was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease and in very competent hands. She also had a good sense of humor which helped ease some of my anxiety!
The Service was great in this location.Excellent. But was not great with the first person that got my call to arrange an appointment. He confirmed my appointment gave me the time, but he forgot to summit or sent it. My appointment was never completed. The appointment center employee I think his name was Marcos, all the interaction was made on Spanish so no dude that I could miss understood. Shortly I arrived and signed some paperwork, I was ushered in for my MRI. Staff is courteous, friendly and caring. Once I was finished she assisted me to the changing area, again concerned to make sure I was feeling ok.
I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews. The Yelp 3.7 star rating is a closer reflection of ratings. I found this company on more than one occasion to be seriously lacking in many areas. ▪︎Not easy to book an appointment at preferred location. ▪︎ Slow turnaround in results (7-10days) compared to other places (Halo Diagnostics is only 3 days) ▪︎Language barrier often times when trying to schedule appointment and when asking patient intake questions. ▪︎Request that you be there 1 hour before appointment for w... read more
