I’ve been coming here for years. If you want to grow as a person mentally and psychically this is the place to be at. Started coming here when I was about 200 pounds with no experience and with the help of some of the people that train there and the owner, I’ve changed into someone better. No matter the ages of the people in this gym, everyone’s always working towards a goal and are training hard.
Pros: Absolutely legit hardcore gym experience. 5 stars for people who want real results. Outstanding weight and cardio equipment for serious trainees and athletes: calibrated kilo plates, reverse hyper, rogue power racks, multiple legit olympic platforms, strongman accoutrements, MB slingshots, etc. The actual gym areas are all business for powerlifters, strongmen, bodybuilders, athletes.
