Jaz has created a friendly, welcoming and well-kitted out gym which is perfect for those who perhaps don’t feel confident enough to walk into a huge commercial gym. Jaz is great at supporting you through classes, particularly with form, and everyone leaves with a smile on their face. The class sizes are small too, so great if you’re not keen on large group training. I've joined numerous gyms over the years & given up after the first session. I thought exercise just wasn't for me. How wrong I was! Jas & all the trainers have been amazing. Their encouragement & support has given me the confidence to believe I can do this and I now attend classes regularly throughout the week. I have so much more energy & feel great. Joining HIIT4Fitness has been one of the best decisions I have made.

Only joined the team 3 months ago and I absolutely love it!! I’ve never been motivated with exercises and happy to see that i became a regular gym goer who sees the results already and enjoys the progress. So welcoming and friendly and what I like the most are the classes, always different and funny. the team is amazing and they really encourage you to reach your full potential.
