Just filed this complaint but doubt it will be addressed. "It is a hot day and your bus is not air conditioned (or driver refuses to use the air conditioner). A fan is blowing recirculated air. The bus smells and is not sanitary or safe. Further the bus was exceptionally hot when boarded and the air conditioning was cold for a few minutes but is now recirculating air. When providing a transportation service for people that are on strict travel times, the only thing you have to be is prompt. This service failed on this in a big way. Even worse, if you buy tickets online, sales are final. How can this be when the buses don't show up? Terrible, shameful service. My advice: spend extra for the Uber, you'll end up spending less than if you buy two meaningless tickets and have to Uber anyway.
Yesterday 7th March 2026 around 1pm the driver requested only cash, second bus driver was very kind and told us to scan a QR to buy tickets etc.
Terrible. 45 minutes late for airport. Airport runs are not something you can run late for
Been at the EWR Newark stop for an hour, and two scheduled buses just never showed up, no notification or anything. Ended up taking airtrain
