I ordered a full-size mattress and wanted me to use an app called cash app but instead send a check for $150.00 and 3 months went by they cashed the check and said they were mailing it out but never did 10 phone calls with no answer, so I called the BBB and I am in the process of going to small claims court even it if means losing money the scammed many of us if you read the reviews. BUYS BEWARE
I strongly suggest do not do any business with this company. Ordered 2 captains chairs which they required 50% down by check. Now I am one of many no chairs, no returned calls, money stolen
How can you even give them 1 star when they rip you off , it’s been over a year since I put a deposit down on a sofa and dinette. They won’t even answer my phone calls , email, or snail mail! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will take your money and never give you what you ordered
We ordered two recliners and replacements Captains Chair and passenger chair, August 17, 2023. We paid just around $5,000 deposit and promised the items would be delivered in December of that year. After multiple conversation between my husband and Josh, we were told that they were coming soon. It has been a year!!! At this point, we want our money back.
