Scheduled repairs for our Lippert hydraulic jacks and slide out. I had diagnosed and confirmed the damaged slide out retract line. I provided pictures of the area requiring work, acquired the replacement parts, even tagged the power source to eliminate mistakes. Appointment made a week in advance, showed up on time with our tow vehicle and the slide out locked in place.
