Michael is fantastic with Nikolas he targets what the child needs for there chosen sport and works around there needs.
Been a client of Coach Schwab for about 2 years and there are simply too many positives to list. He has helped me on my journey to being the best athlete I can be by providing great advice on workouts and healthy lifestyles. Michael is a very supportive and encouraging coach who cares for all he works with. He keeps great communication with everyone he works with and is always a joy to be around. He puts a lot of effort into his work. He’s also helped me create great form when lifting within the gym and has helped me get in the best shape I can possibly be in. He is very knowledgeable and cares very much for the safety of all his clients.
