While shopping at the coach men’s outlet, I had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I visited the coach men’s outlet Friday evening 9/4 and everyone was extremely helpful. They were super friendly and extremely knowledge about the product line. I was able to order in some shoes to the store after trying some on to get an idea for sizes. Had a good experience here. Most associates greeted us and showed continuous acknowledgment. There was a great selection of bags, charms, and apparel. I will definitely be returning to purchase of the very cute denim bags.

This location had the worst customer service holy crap. No greeting. No assistance. Nothing. I guess you didn’t want my commission. That’s fine I’ll spend my money on another brand.
On February 16, I entered the store at approximately 6:50 PM. Shortly after entering, an associate approached me and stated, “Just to let you know, we close in a few minutes.” The interaction did not include a greeting, introduction, or any customer service engagement such as a welcome or offer of assistance.
