I highly recommend Coach Monique. Not only is she extremely kind and caring, but she really helps you get to the core of whatever it is that is causing you problems. She doesn’t just solve the issues for you—she gives you the tools to solve them yourself, which I believe is far more valuable. She helped me through quite a bit, and I can honestly say my life would not be the same without her. 5 stars!

Monique is a fantastic Coach. I flew all the way from Florida as my doctor recommended her and it is obvious why. I signed up for 8 sessions and for the first time ever in therapy, I was given tools and resources to help catapult change. The tools Monique shares and encourages you to put into practice are priceless and they work. So much so, I felt like I had reached my goals early and Monique congratulated me on my effort and refunded my unused sessions. Coach Monique’s technique paid off! I received what I perceived to be very hurtful information. Pain instantly shot through me and my eyes watered up. Within minutes, I was able to properly process the information with laughter as the outcome! In the past, I have received hurtful information that was a bitter memory for years until Coach Monique helped me see it through a clear lens.
