Her book "Most People Don't Need a Therapist, They Just Need a Change" Is a fresh look at emotinal healing and will give you easy to use tools you can do at home. Working with Coach Monique is an amazing experieince. I would highly recommend her approach.
I highly recommend Coach Monique. Not only is she extremely kind and caring, but she really helps you get to the core of whatever it is that is causing you problems. She doesn’t just solve the issues for you—she gives you the tools to solve them yourself, which I believe is far more valuable. Monique is a fantastic Coach. I flew all the way from Florida as my doctor recommended her and it is obvious why. I signed up for 8 sessions and for the first time ever in therapy, I was given tools and resources to help catapult change. The tools Monique shares and encourages you to put into practice are priceless and they work.
