Update edit: Island Communities was given 4 months to rectify a problem THEY caused and now that I'm sharing with the world what they did to my mother, suddenly they want to to make things right. We lived there for 4 .months couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. The rent is really hight and they don't have anything there they don't have any amenities at all no clubhouse absolutely nothing. The hospital is 45 minutes away I recommend no one move there..There are residences that park boats, cars on their lawn it looks like a junk yard and you have to go out of the mobile home park to dump your garbage.
Worst place to live All the good people moved out and one is so bossy she thinks she runs the place.They raise the rent all the time with NO amenities.
Nice quite senior community. Friendly neighbors. Management is easy to access.
