Worst place to live All the good people moved out and one is so bossy she thinks she runs the place.They raise the rent all the time with NO amenities.
Nice quite senior community. Friendly neighbors. Management is easy to access.
I moved there in 2020. It’s a small park, with great people, but the owners must be trust fund babies, as they have done nothing but get every cent possible out of people on Social Security. They must think they get a lot of money. I was there only a year, because every month it was either higher rent. Paying to have your grass mowed & even trim all trees in your area. No reasoning with them. Treated everyone like they were all loaded with money. Plus several rate hikes just since I moved. If you couldn’t pay the higher rent... read more
