Manager is very rude and not fair. I am suffering a lot of pain and can't walk well anymore. My Grandson has brought me a hospital bed in his utility trailer and the Rude manager named Kathy won't let him bring the trailer in with his truck for a quick drop off. Poor hardworking grandson had to carry it all from the road down to my mobile home.
