Was genuinely interested in living here until I saw that the association uses flock cameras. I will not be surveilled.
The new management took our stuff because it was in a “public area” but they failed to describe what that meant. We had a small grill and table underneath the deck upstairs and they threw the table away and took the grill. Mind you many people have whole set ups like it’s a patio in the same place we just had 2 small things. It’s impossible to contact the actual condo owners as well. The club house area is unusable and the basketball court is trash AND they have done nothing with the tennis courts.
New management is awful! The place will throw out all your personal belongings and claim they couldn’t identify whose it was (picture below where all the apartments have letters and my stuff was under L, which is clearly what unit had stuff there) we have had used this storage area for 5 plus years. They only have a sign posted ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR, no date listed showing when they are removing the items. And they won’t do anything about it. this will be all posted about on tik tok and facebook. they threw out all my camping ... read more
