Un helpfull staff , Doctor arrogant and dissmissive. Services they purport to offer do not exist

Rude unhelpful receptionist this morning! The attitude of most NHS staff these days is that they are doing you a huge favour to be dealing with you at all. The reception staff at this surgery also appear to be untrained and ignorant. I’m sick of being treated as though I’m a nuisance! Without patients they’d have no job.
45 minutes waiting so far. Receptionist is rude, and has no explanation of the delay. Appalling slump in standards.
