This on the outside of the gym this morning. No warning and took money out of account not 3 days ago. What a joke.

Been coming here a year and a half and it's really gone downhill in the last 3-4 months. Equipment just doesn't get fixed. Things break down I know, but other gyms manage to fix them within days. Here, if something breaks, it's likely to be out of action for weeks, if not longer. There are three rowing machines; one the flywheel has been broken for 3 months. This gym is much better than the mainstream commercial gyms. It is less crowded and is well maintained. They are extremely customer friendly since they often do initiatives like giveaways and so on. Highly recommend this gym!

It has been sometime since I used the gym due to injuries, but I went down last week for a look around. I met Louis and he was very professional and knowledgeable. The gym has a nice vibe and chilled atmosphere. If you’re looking for a well equipped local gym…… then just pop down to coach and ask for Louis.
