I’ve been using George for weight/strength training. He’s amazing. Great motivator. Pushes me. Focuses on form. Constantly checking in on whether we are moving in the right direction. I highly recommend him.
George is an amazing trainer! He is understanding, kind, and very well educated. He individualizes training programs for each and every client’s needs. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer!
Having the chance to visit with George and do MFJ last April was absolutely amazing! It was the most success I have ever had with weight loss and I felt amazing! I was amazed that on his plan I was always full and had high energy! I plan on doing MFJ again to get to my goal weight! It absolutely works!
I loved working with George and completing this 28 day challenge! I was really happy with my results as I felt I was able to see great changes in a short period of time. I was able to drop close to 10 pounds, a few inches, and decrease my body fat. I felt stronger and my tightest clothing was fitting much better. This nutrition/exercise plan was easy to follow which helped with my success. I plan to continue working with George because I know he can help me make more progress.
