If I could do zero stars I would. Did an online order for in store pick up and they gave my husband the wrong purse. When I called and spoke to Johnny, he was less than helpful. I described what happened, how my husband was given the wrong purse color. He said they didn't have the correct purse in stock at their location. He could not even help me find a location that might have it in stock and directed me to Coach customer service number/call center, stating they have "much better computers".
