The bag i wanted to purchase was out of stock . I asked to purchase the display bag at a discount, they wanted to sale me the bag at full price , a bag with scratches on it that many individuals have handled. The sales associates were welcoming & polite they just were unwilling to accommodate me. The associate was nice but she messed my order up twice . Went to exchange a Brooklyn 28 and bought a Chelsea 36 . The associate charged me for a Chelsea 30 and I paid $40 difference , when she realized her mistake she put on receipt that I returned a Chelsea 30 and bought an Chelsea 36 which I then paid a $110 difference . According to them the printer wasn’t working so was emailed the receipt , they “packaged” my bag and when I got home and opened the box it was a Chelsea 30 .
