can’t even get a call back after being told multiple times, that they’d reach out. when you do hear from them, they’re extremely condescending and rude. weird sales tactic in my opinion
I've never been so turned off from a business so fast. I'm not sure who we spoke to (I would assume Doug after reading some reviews) but wow. We were trying to get a price on some homes and it seemed like we were just being lectured on land purchasing, what's a good price for the land we're looking at (mind you he didn't even know the acreage). Prices are not transparent. And once we found out roughly how much a tiny home would cost it was way too much. The salesman was no help. I would not buy from this place. Mainly because I don’t feel I would ever get a fair price.
My folks tried purchasing a home here. After tens of thousands of dollars spent, numerous calls that were never returned and 8 months of waiting for a home that would only take "3-5 months" they found out the home was never even ordered. Add to that, Doug was aware that my father has Alzheimer's and has difficulties and instead of showing basic human compassion, when he saw (and to this day, still sees when they cross paths) my father struggling, he would laugh at my father.
