My folks tried purchasing a home here. After tens of thousands of dollars spent, numerous calls that were never returned and 8 months of waiting for a home that would only take "3-5 months" they found out the home was never even ordered. I mostly work with DeAnna to assist with questions about stormwater site plans and anything needed to move things forward for her clients for permitting. She consistently goes above and beyond to make things work for her customers. Communication is great and she is highly professional!

We had an excellent experience from early exploration through moving in. We replaced our older home with a new Skyline and Doug, DeAnna, and Travis were on top of things every step of the way. They were gracious with all of the questions and flexible for small changes that we decided on as the process moved forward. Doug did a great job helping us work through the many choices of finishing, flooring, etc. while keeping us in our budget. It began with sales a representative who quickly blamed his lack of follow through on his personal problems. The home is beautiful however the roof was installed on the back incorrectly and they wouldn’t help. Told me to call builder in Oregon. They refused to talk about it. We had to pay someone else to reroof half the house. Discovered vents were installed wrong and flashing too. Left us with interior damage to deal with as well. I would advise No one do business with this company or their builders.
