I've had 2 of my cars repaired at this establishment, they do a great job, and guaranty their work.
AAA sent someone from coach in city of industry to help me. He was the best ever.. needed a new
Sent hereby Mercury Insurance for repair to damage caused by their insured. Others have complained about poor customer service, but that was not my experience. Repairs were completed in the timeframe estimated, were done very well, and they did a minor interior detail as well, which was not expected. I have no complaints.
I came here after receiving countless outrageous quotes and the people here are extremely friendly and very honest. They gave me a great deal on a repair for my Honda accord that was better than all other nearby shops. Definitely recommend this shop for any repairs big or small.
Coach Collision Works is AMAZING!!!. Everyone was very professional. Brought my Traverse in for repair as a result of a pick up truck backing into the lift gate and rear bumper of my SUV. Rick kept me apprised each step of the process When I picked up my SUV, it was in pristine condition - washed, vacuumed and polished. One of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. I drove away with a big smile on my face like I just bought a new vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this business! Thanks guys!!!
