Had to get body work done after someone backed into my car. They did a beautiful job replacing my rear quarter panel and tail light cover, repainting, and taking care of some scratches. Insurance paid for the repairs, but the total was a little less than $6k. Honestly, not bad for how well and how quickly the work was done, especially considering the parts for my car are pricier and it needed quite a bit of paint.
Did good work. Communication was not good at all. Estimate of complication was not accurate. It took 2x the time we were given with no communication. Will not use again
Aside from no updates during the repair process, I was amazed about how good my vehicle looked pickup. 10/10 repair service.
