Why did they not box my purse?
Rude management with poor employee training. A sales associate sold me a bag at this location and offered to foil stamp the tag with my initials. He then thoroughly explained that I could return to the location and exchange the bag if I wanted a different color, even after he personally foil stamped it. The next day I inquired about exchanging the purse for the black model, but the manager Gloria stated the bag could no longer be exchanged. Cute but fragile
I make plenty of trips here weekly I do have a favorite person who is Victoria she is amazing across the board. She was my first encounter at this store. I was welcomed and comfortable she also did my bag tags I normally go to Memorial city but First Colony coach has definitely won me over However I came across multiple sales reps and management here Victoria thank you for caring for all my bag needs You are an amazing person I pray that you keep this wonderful spirit it will take you far in life. ALL of the associates at this location are fabulous. Customer service is forever on point and everyone works well together. You can ask them anything and it’s obvious the team is knowledgeable and loves assisting you. This store is a great representation of the brand. Shout out to Yovi and Fay!
