I heard and researched the removed program. I took four well-kept vintage purses that I purchased from Coach and Macy’s. I have many. The salesperson politely told me that I must have the receipts from 17-20 years ago. She didn't even wipe one down and gave me a carry bag. But nothing on the website says I need the receipts. I found one from 2011 later in my email. But I guess I'll have to find a way to get the others because I did purchase them. Been here a couple of times and the store associates always greet me with a smile and welcome me in. Shout out to Rachel, really friendly and always gives me tips on the best way to take care of my bag. There was also someone else, Receipt says Stacy - so hopefully that's who I'm talking about - she was great! Loved how she pitched her ideas with the monograms. And I believe she also did the monograms for my tags and they turned out great. Love this store, will definitely come here whenever I am in need of another Coach!

Very disappointing experience. No one greeted me when I walked in, nobody asked if I needed help, and not even a simple goodbye when I left. Customer service makes a big difference, and this place completely lacked it.
