Purchased bag from this location. Not saying it's the location but the quality of bag is trash. Had to send my bag i got for Christmas in 2024 to get repaired in 2026 got back and in a matter of weeks same issue same place. And because warranty is expired they want to change for repair. But same exact place same issue..

I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received today. As someone who frequently buy items from COACH, it was highly disappointing to walk into this location and get greeted by absolutely no one. I was interested in purchasing a new purse and wallet but was not acknowledged. I guess they thought I looked too young to afford one.

Hands down one of the BEST visits I’ve made to any Coach store. ALL of the associates were so friendly and helpful. Rachel showed me my dream bag and there was absolutely no pressure to buy it. But I fell in love and she made the buying process so fun & easy. I recommend this store for anyone looking for a wonderful shopping experience. Ms Kylon and all the associates made me feel seen and valued. I will definitely make the trip to this store as often as possible.
