This was my second time going to this location for a purchase and let me tell you the customer service in here is excellent!! They treat you equally no matter how you look or how you are dressed. Valentina was my associate but honestly they all work as a team LOVED IT!
I love this store. I live closer to the Woodlands store but I make the drive here all the time. They have the best customer service and their coach create and monogramming team is top tier. I've had a great experience every time I've been in. Gerry helped me with my first coach create bag. He walked me through their process and shared great info, he was so nice and helpful. I had an excellent experience at the First Colony Store thanks to Stacey! She made me feel welcomed, gave me time to explore my options without any pressure, and made the purchase process smooth and enjoyable. I stepped into this store today with the goal of getting my Daughter some clogs. We were greeted. (Reason for the 2 stars) We took a look at all the shoes they had, sat down for a good 10 minutes without anyone even coming to us to provide any assistance. We walked out of the store empty handed. The 2 store associated were too busy talking… we weren’t even acknowledged… will take our money elsewhere. No other coach store has had this behavior with us before.
