Great experience at Coach! Everyone was very kind and helpful. We purchased a bag as a gift, and Astrid walked us through the foil stamping process and answered all of our questions. The person who foil stamped our gift was also super kind. Astrid even wrapped the bag for us, which we really appreciated. Thank you for making the experience so easy and seamless!

i came in last week with my mom for my birthday, and we bought the straw/leather brooklyn shoulder bag in the maple color! it is absolutely precious & a great size. perfect for summer. sandra helped us out at this location; she was so lovely and kind! my favorite bag i’ve gotten so far :)
