Terrible service, got the runaround for 3 weeks.. will never shop there again
I had the extreme pleasure of shopping at the West Town Coach Store. My family and I were welcomed in a friendly manner with the staff demonstrating a sincere desire to assist us with a return and a purchase. Chris in particular went out of his way to assist us with our purchase. My sister and I wanted the same handbag and there was just one left in the store.
