I had a short but amazing experience here today! I sadly didn’t catch her name but the sales associate who helped me do an exchange was SO sweet. She was quick to offer me the help I needed and super knowledgeable. She made my experience a 10/10 and I will definitely return because of her. She is the definition of fantastic customer service! Love my new purse.

I went here on a Saturday to browse through the collections and Morgan the sales associate was SUCH a godsend. She was amazing to talk with and helped us with our custom bag tags. Would definitely return here to shop, but only if Morgan is my sales associate again.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon just to browse around the store. After a few minutes the sales associate Morgan asked us if we needed any help. And she was just such a saint, she aided us when finding the best wallet and helped us understand how the coach collections work. Also she helped us creating our customs bag tags and it was just so nice to have someone there to help you when in a time of need. ❤️
Dylan was so helpful with a complicated last minute purchase, he went above and beyond what he had to do, and the staff at the store is always super kind and and helpful with recommendations
