Had a fantastic experience today with Dani, she took her time helping me pick out and purchase my new bag and really made the whole experience above and beyond. Also shoutout to whoever is staging and putting the bags out, I saw the same bag at nordstrom and was like meh but once I went into Coach I saw it with a different strap and fell in love. Thank you!!

unfortunately, i purchase the wrong bag for my partner online for the holidays and the girls at Coach at Washington Square were amazing with their customer service!!! I called the store and Dani answered promptly and told me the correct bag I wanted was the last one they had, but would happily send me the 'pay by link' so i can reserve it. she said she would send me a picture to my cell phone to make sure that all the details were correct with this bag!! I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to the Coach store. A couple of weeks ago, I came in and was told I could purchase a Coach tag separately. So I went back expecting to finally buy it only to be told that now I can’t because of a “new policy.” No one explained when the policy changed or why I was given different information before.
