unfortunately, i purchase the wrong bag for my partner online for the holidays and the girls at Coach at Washington Square were amazing with their customer service!!! I called the store and Dani answered promptly and told me the correct bag I wanted was the last one they had, but would happily send me the 'pay by link' so i can reserve it. she said she would send me a picture to my cell phone to make sure that all the details were correct with this bag!! I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to the Coach store. A couple of weeks ago, I came in and was told I could purchase a Coach tag separately. So I went back expecting to finally buy it only to be told that now I can’t because of a “new policy.” No one explained when the policy changed or why I was given different information before. Came here on a Sunday afternoon to see if I could get a wallet repaired. They immediately told me they had no one available to help me and to come back another day. Despite it being 4:30 and no one in the store? They tried to recommend me to a repair shop else where. Where I would have to pay to get it repairs even though the item I needed help with is under the 1 year warranty. I had purchased bags online to be picked up at this location. When I arrived, Emily quickly greeted me and she was so sweet and kind. She also helped me customize my hangtags and made me feel heard and well taken care of with my vision for the hangtags. She offered me water while I waited. I fell in love with the hangtags and was so grateful for Emily’s time. While walking around the mall that same day, I lost one of the hangtags and was devastated.
