I was told by customer care to bring my 3 month old bag in store because the paint is already chipping and I’ve barely used it. When I got to the Palo Alto store, the sales associate was an absolute WITCH. I explained the situation and she was so cold and nasty. She said “I don’t know who told you to come here. We can’t fix your bag and we don’t do replacements.” No apology or alternate solution was offered, even though the bag has a 1 year warranty. I visited Coach to get a free engraving on my tag. I gave my small tag to engrave requesting my initial and a heart symbol. After a few minutes, he engraved it. However, the silver is barely noticeable, areas of the engraving are clearly sparse, and the engraving overall is not nice. After leaving the store and inspecting it more, I was very unhappy with my result. After a few minutes, I went back in and explained my situation. Where do I begin. I am out here for a work trip during the holidays, which hasn’t been the easiest as all of my friends and family are thousands of miles away. This team in Palo Alto, not only made it an incredible experience for me, but they made me feel like I was at home, shout out to every single team member for supporting my retail therapy and truly caring about their customers.
