Aaliyah was super friendly. I just picked up a couple of small gifts but she was very personable!
I went recently in May on my birthday to do an exchange. The customer service was amazing! The Coach outlet store gave me the wrong Lana bag, so this store exchanged the whole entire bag and strap… no issues at all. They also helped me find the perfect charm AND a Coach tag that has my name engraved on it. I believe Jessica was the one who helped me with everything. She had amazing customer service and impecable taste. Thank yall for making the Coach customer experience and my birthday amazing!
Alliyah was amazing! From the moment I walked into the store, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to show me different styles, answered all my questions, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was top-notch — she made the whole shopping experience feel special and easy. If you’re shopping at Coach, definitely ask for Alliyah. She’s the best!
Oh my goodness yall, Gianna was so tentative and patient with me while I was looking for the perfect new birthday purse! The customer service here was top tier, everyone was so friendly and they made my indecisiveness feel normal. Will be coming back to this location!
