I have been searching for a coach Dakota since March 18. I have been on for every drop and somehow missed him because I’m not fast enough I guess. A few weeks ago coach released a black leather Dakota on Amazon to be delivered July 20 through July 30 I hurried and ordered it. I came earlier today. Christian who was the associate there help me out. Such an amazing person. Super caring and had a great conversation about bags and other designs. Such an amazing guy! Will definitely check out more in the future. I love the design of the store too! Super cool! He was able to help me choose the right bag and added a charm to my bag since I was there. I was able to add a monogram to the bag! But everyone else was super helpful! Store was definitely busy!
Alec is great! I had bought a purse here and the hangtag I had customized fell off a few days later and got lost, and they were able to send me a replacement. Very helpful and great staff!
