Customer service impeccable, traveled 4 h 22 m to get a bag that was sold out everywhere. Super nice staff.

Honestly disappointing. The store feels sad and neglected. The interior design is really ugly, the lighting is harsh and unflattering, and nothing feels intentional or refined. On top of that, there are no prices on items, which just adds confusion and frustration. Why make customers ask basic information? This is not luxury, and it does not even come close.
