Big thanks to Sales Associate Vicky who helped my mother-in-law pick out the perfect bag. She was very patient and kind with her, and we keep talking about what a great experience we had. I will definitely be back for my next Coach purchase.
Shopped here last week and had a great experience! The store is great for trying on different styles and has a station to customize your bags with monograms, charms, pins, etc. Chris was amazing- he helped me pick out a Lana bag and gave me great tips on styling it!
One associate here gave bad service. Didn't smile, abadoned customers including myself and left me to ask for the customization by myself without her help. I hope Coach would hire nicer associates. I love the new bag I just purchased though, so thank you Coach
while we were browsing around, we felt as if the staff were really friendly, but at times at little too much. while browsing the purses, we were informed that we were able to add charms to the bags. while we were being told about this, we all bonded over a glizzy joke that was made (pretty sure i made his day). overall, happy about the experience.
