Love the coach products. Staff was slow, unaware and aloof to the customers purchases. Waited for a period of time to receive the product I had purchased. At one point I was informed that the “Shoes” I purchased would be available shortly, I didn’t purchase any shoes. The Coach outlet stores I’ve shopped at are more representative of Coach than this store.
Ryan and his team were fabulous!!! My sister and I got a Large Mott Messenger and Gramercy Tote with the exclusive Chicago stamp tags - overall a friendly and warm experience. Love the free monogramming too. We never felt rushed or pressured, Ryan even allowed us to take photos and a poloroid in front of the Chicago sign. This will definitely be a core memory for my sister and I. Thank you!!!

Extremely rude and inattentive staff. Guy who “helped” at the start seemed pissed from the get go and just unwilling to provide any service. I barely even asked any questions and made a purchase anyways pretty quickly, and when I asked to monogram, the guy working the machine was extremely rude and literally monogrammed it completely crooked and off center. Had a ton of attitude about his mistake and kept complaining about “it’s how we set it”, and for having paid the price for a wallet and wanting to get something monogramm... read more
