Came here for the rave reviews. Busy on a weekday night so asked to sit at the bar. Would not serve us because we had kids. Kicker is they fed our kids appetisers at the bar while we waited. Bartender was rude and disrespectful when I asked for an explanation. Ordered multiple meals for 6 people and messed up 3 of 6 orders. Chicken in a meal when asked for tofu. Forgot 1 order of sushi and messed up another sushi order. Food that was delivered was good but service and employees could use some training.
Food was okay, but for the price you can find better sushi. Also wait times were awful, we were told 30 minutes for a table and it took over an hour, hostesses were VERY disorganized and unpleasant. Kept telling us we could sit outside after saying no. Just unpleasant. Will not be back and would not recommend.
Yeah not worth it, got there at 5:50, said a 35 minute wait on a table, didn’t get seated until 7pm, didn’t get drinks til about 7:15 and then ordered at 7:15, no food til 8:10. Food was sub par for the price and the service was definitely lacking. Hostesses were truly terrible. For $180 for a family of 4 is crazy. 2 rolls per adult and kids meals and two alcoholic beverages. Go to Ichiban instead. Fast service, cheaper, better food. Oh also this was a Wednesday night.
