We had a great experience working with Josh. His communication was through the roof—always transparent, responsive, and available every step of the way. Renovating your home can be stressful, and Josh truly made the process so much easier. He was incredibly helpful throughout, and we would highly recommend him and the team!
STAY FAR AWAY FROM C&O SERVICES!!! The final bill was more than twice the price of what we were originally quoted. We were under contract selling our home and getting some repairs done as requested from the buyer, our original quote was $968 and we added another $250 verbally bringing the total to $1218.
