After almost a year of delays regarding reunification counseling due to needing separate one on one appointments, we finally had our first joint session. We attended 4 sessions so far and in all 4, Jordana failed to get our names right, was 15 minutes late everytime, and solicited us in each session to get family wizard for 15 minutes because it is easier then app close, but admits they pay her money for each customer she gets. I'm not sure, but this sounds illegal but at the very least it's inappropriate.
I wish I would of read the reviews before using her. Jordana made feel uncomfortable she's deceptive and unprofessional with her conversations. There is lack of ethics she shares private and confidential information making her untrustworthy. Jordana is bias she invalidated my feelings was dishonest and deceiving. She should be a mediator have parents discuss each other's concerns and explore ways for both to compromise. Not take sides as she does making demands. If I could give 0 stars I would. She is the worst worst therapist I have ever seen. She will take your money without asking before hand and schedule appointments with your ex without asking and charge you. Nothing is confidential. She will share everything you guys talk about to your ex, she will lie in court and write letters if you pay her. I still don’t understand how she has a license and allowed to work as a therapist.
