A few days ago, I had an accident, and for the past three days I have been calling Cooperators Insurance about a rental car. I still haven’t been able to get one, and I am left without a car. Every time I call, I get different instructions, and there is absolutely no coordination among the employees. There is no management or responsible person available to answer. Never trust Cooperators Insurance. This company only thinks about how to take money from you, and in return, it provides no service at all.
Fantastic no fuss at all in mending my car after it was hid whilst I was standing at at stop sign waiting my turn.
