My experience with The Co-operators, particularly their Client Relations team, has been extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable. The front-line customer service is consistently rude, dismissive, and gives the impression that they simply do not want to help. Absolutely outrageous, no one answer their damn phone is it ? Then it transfer to co operators line which doesn't deal with business insurance at all !
