They told me it was my responsibility to look up the value of my car—something every other insurance company I’ve dealt with has always handled. Very untrustworthy people. I was lied to by one of the agents about receiving free accident forgiveness while all the time I was paying into it. When I tried to explain it to Mr Jasin Willock he showed no empathy and basically blew me off. I was painted out to be a liar. Jessica lacks empathy and is super rude.
