We came over for an ICBC road test as there were none available on Vancouver Island for quite some time. I don't think there was a person in that office that wasn’t smiling! Everyone was so amazing friendly, I can’t thank them enough for making the process so much pleasant than other ICBC offices I’ve dealt with!
Waited in a massive slow moving line here for the last time . This is at least 5 straight times…very disappointing . Drove down the street to Underwriters . Update: waited approx 3 minutes in line there and was in and out in a matter of 8 minutes in spite of there being nearly as many customers in there.
one of the best customers service i had in a while. the employe Julian was really great!
