I been trying to get hold of them for getting a the policy already got a quote after 3 days of calling them. Bought the car a week ago, everyday i call them and wait in the line for hours and no reply. It is like fooling the customer and wasting their time. After each 2 hours of waiting they automatically hang up the call making us fools for waiting. It’s been many days i have trying again and again each 2 hours of my life! Not reliable service and waste of time and energy I do not recommend them to anyone
Contacted them and then transferred my calls to sales, that’s all. I waited 2 hrs 28 minutes for someone to answer me. Then I just hang up.
