Very unprofessional people to deal with after being 6 years loyal customer they canceled my policy for none payment. Which I made paying online with different credit cards payment. Never I was late for my payment. Because of thier cancelation other company giving me higher price, I call them and got a later from which I dont own them any payment on my policy. But still canceled without my knowledge. Or phone call or any discussion. They put me few times on holds to get a hold an agent which take more than 2 hours each time. ... read more

There is no front desk staff to assist and after waiting for long time they tell you that they can't help and call the number. What a company
