We have used WD Redick & Associates for over 20 years and are consistently impressed with the personal level of care, attention to detail, and practical advice we receive.
Will gladly accept payments for premiums, but when it comes to a simple claim nothing but heel dragging. No follow up, slow laborious process. They need to be tethered along. Lack of internal communication leading to repetitive requests and lots of wasted time.
Loved how peaceful this cruise was. Food and service we're also good.
