Been with them ten years. They charged eight hundred dollars for four days of coverage, then dodged every question when I asked for a written breakdown of how they got that number. Loyal customers shouldn't get punished the second we need to change policies. Extremely disappointed and looking elsewhere. Would not recommend.
Terrible. Please don't choose this insurance company. They're slow, only open until 5 p.m., and take a long time to respond. They're not a reputable company.
Don't get into a car accident they will drop you like a hot potato leave you high and dry even after having insurance with them for years
Since covid my rates have almost doubled and at this time I'm currently on the phone to cancel liability for a pool I removed. We no longer connect with our loal office we get sent to who knows and the wait time is ridiculous and my contactee of course is New Canadian whom I struggle to understand. I will replace my insurance provider as soon as possible after my 30 years of loyalty to them.due to lack of loyalty to me and their greed.
