Since covid my rates have almost doubled and at this time I'm currently on the phone to cancel liability for a pool I removed. We no longer connect with our loal office we get sent to who knows and the wait time is ridiculous and my contactee of course is New Canadian whom I struggle to understand. I will replace my insurance provider as soon as possible after my 30 years of loyalty to them.due to lack of loyalty to me and their greed.
Staff have given poor advice more than once and it has cost me.
