Hi My family and I have used cooperators home insurance for more that 70years so one might assume that we provide a 4-5 star rating. Todays call was surprising! The advisor was using a headset so the voice was echoing and difficult to understand. I immediately identifed this and asked what could be done to improve the call. Courtney was extremely helpful throughout the process. This was my first time buying home insurance for a condo, and she was great in explaining the different coverages and how my insurance would work within the strata's policy. Would highly recommend to others!
