I've insured my vehicles through this company for 40 + yrs and my home for 13yrs with no claims . For reasons unknown and not explained to my satisfaction my rate increased by 38% this year. I made it clear I was not happy with this increase when the normal adjustments for policy claims has brought about increases of 20 to 25%. My attempts to get in touch with company leaders went unanswered until i physically showed up. Apologizes were made but nothing changed and no explanation. They do not want to help!!! At all! Just sitting and point on phone info line where waiting time more than 4 hours!!!!
I wanted to get a car insurance quote, but they told me to call their hotline and wait for 5 hours, or find another insurance company.
