I just moved alberta and i was trying to change my insurance to alberta. And I called these guys and they transfered it to call centre I stayed on call for 2 hours and they didnt picked up my call. Seems like they dont care about thier clients. Zero stars to co-operators
Just called them, ask for an appointment in branch and they just transferred me to their call center. Bit rude.
I changed to Laura's office after having not so pleasant experiences with another cooperators office and have had nothing but fantastic service ever since. This would be for all of our personal and also business needs. We have worked with both Laura and Layne predominantly and have absolutely no regrets and highly recommend cooperators and specifically this location

Great people to deal with, always on the ball, professional, quick and responsive. Laura always helps me out, answers all my questions. She's making sure I have the best insurance coverage for home, auto, business and never pay for something I don't need.
