I wanted to get a car insurance quote, but they told me to call their hotline and wait for 5 hours, or find another insurance company.
The service with this company is beyond helpful, respectful and fast. I’ve been dealing with them for years would go Anywhere else
If you have nowhere to spend your time, then this is the company for you. I came to them to get insurance for my second car, I am their client, but instead of giving me 5 minutes of time and getting insurance, they said that I should go to the office where my agent is. I just moved alberta and i was trying to change my insurance to alberta. And I called these guys and they transfered it to call centre I stayed on call for 2 hours and they didnt picked up my call. Seems like they dont care about thier clients. Zero stars to co-operators
