I've been a client here for a long time. I don't know what has happened to this agency, but it is now impossible to get a person on the phone to help you at this branch. I no longer recommend their service, which is unfortunate, as Cooperators themselves have been an excellent agency. When someone turned in front of me from behind a truck and wrecked my car, Cooperators were like angels helping get me help for my injuries.
