Tried getting a quote on auto insurance for 3days. Waiting hour and half each time before giving up and hanging up. Maybe don’t be so cheap and hire more staff to take calls. Pathetic.
2 hours on hold never did answer the phone
The rates are great, but whoever they have taken care of the customer contact was super rude and aggressive, very unpleasant experience
