Extremely rude employees. I came to observe a walk-in to learn about insurance (and to decide what company I want to go with) with family members. I didn’t get her name (March 24, around 2:00, she was wearing maroon), but she constantly talked over us, had a bad attitude, and acted like we were suppose to know every single policy that Co-operators offers. Was here today to insure a car, Nate and Sandra helped us to understand more how it works and do everything correctly, for me the best insurance office
I hold a commercial auto policy through cooperators, because of this, all changes need to be made directly through the office. The problem is this office NEVER answers the phone or return calls, and nobody at this office seems to have any idea how to provide insurance services. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced and COOPERATORS needs to look into this office and conduct a review of their operations. Despicable service.
