I hold a commercial auto policy through cooperators, because of this, all changes need to be made directly through the office. The problem is this office NEVER answers the phone or return calls, and nobody at this office seems to have any idea how to provide insurance services. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced and COOPERATORS needs to look into this office and conduct a review of their operations. Despicable service.
4 hours on the line and no use.
Put me on hold for 6hrs and they hung up on me. I couldn't believe it, I wasted most of my day on hold with this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER. They need to hire more representatives, or close there company if they can't keep up with influx of people wanting their services
I was insuring my vehicle with co op insurance, however they put me on a hold for 6 hours unbelievable. After I waited they ended up hanging up on me. They definitely need to hire more people to work for them I haven't had a problem like this ever.
