To become their customer you need to call but they never answer. My waiting time: Friday 2 hours, Monday 7.5 hours, Tuesday 5 hours, Wednesday 5.5 hours. Did I get insursance? No. Awful service, I can't imagine if something happens how to get to them
Nobody answers on call, highly don't recommend.
I believe customer service is the essential part of any business. I wanted to help a firend who is newcomer and can't speak English well to get Auto insurance. After waiting over 2 hours on the line, two people answered our call and directed us to another department where no one asnwered the call :-)
