This is a joke. They change the policy and now, for quotes you need to call that line only, still on the line after 5 hours waiting…
Extremely rude employees. I came to observe a walk-in to learn about insurance (and to decide what company I want to go with) with family members. I didn’t get her name (March 24, around 2:00, she was wearing maroon), but she constantly talked over us, had a bad attitude, and acted like we were suppose to know every single policy that Co-operators offers.
