Useless office. Whenever you call them no one is available to help. They answer the phone just to ask for your name and number to call back. Then you wait as long as you want, no one is ever calling back. Week later called, same guy (Mark) said very same thing "I can only take you phone number to have someone call back". So there is no one who actually works there and only Mark who has best job in the world (answer the phone, say that someone will call back and forget that it ever happened).

Wednesday morning ask for a quote for a motor vehicle..."will get back to you this afternoon" Didn't happen..still no response....tomorrow is Monday! For the most part of 45 years, ONLY dealt with Co-op...time for a change I guess.
